We want you and your Dog to be delighted with our Dog Treats.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied and would like to exchange or return a pack, please inform us by email as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

If you wish to return any products, they must reach us within seven days of delivery.

Please ensure they are packed appropriately (ideally using the packaging we initially supplied) In order to help you please include your order number, contact details and reason for returning the item.

Any returned items must be sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods.

Money will be refunded via PayPal or onto your card within 30 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
As soon as your order is ready, we will email you to let you know when it is on its way (this is usually within 3 days of receipt).

Shipping costs are for mainland UK only. Delivery will be made to the address specified on the order by Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel unless an alternate postage is chosen at checkout.

If goods are required for a specific date, please contact us in advance to avoid any disappointment.
